I found this little gem on our new-year’s vacation to southern Spain. It’s located near the town of Mijas.
The pool is built like the bow of a ship with an unobstructed view to the ocean, which is about two miles out. The house is a decent size, not too big. Two chimneys indicate two fireplaces inside, making it a very cosy dwelling!

We witnessed a really beautiful sunrise on our way to southern Spain. Considering that we were under cloud cover in Germany for most of the week, it was a welcome sight.

Sometimes it’s the little things in life that make you smile. While on a retreat with our church, some teens decided to print up some t-shirts. They used self made stencils and textile spray paint.

I really like this shot. The black vignette and the bright greens from the bushes and the saturated, red roses give the happy couple a great frame. If only there weren’t hat van in the background…
